2. Personal data processed
Depending on how you use our services, we may process names, email addresses, information voluntarily provided in support enquiries, transaction identifiers and statuses, purchased products and records of authorisations, access and downloads.
Technical information required for site operation and security may also be processed, such as device and browser information, IP addresses and request logs, insofar as relevant to the services actually used.
We do not ordinarily request sensitive personal data. Full payment card details are processed by the relevant payment platform and are not stored in our purchaser database.
3. Purposes of processing
Necessary purposes: verifying purchases, delivering digital products, retaining transaction records, managing access permissions, enabling playback or downloads of purchased content, responding to support requests, managing cancellations and refunds, preventing misuse and complying with applicable legal and tax obligations.
Additional purposes: sending product news, promotions or other marketing communications, only if these activities are implemented and applicable information and consent requirements are met. You may request restrictions on such purposes through our privacy contact email.
4. Platforms, service providers and disclosures
Depending on the service, we may use Hotmart for sales and payment processing, Cloudflare for website hosting, file storage, operational records and security and Lovable for certain commercial websites.
Some providers may process data using infrastructure located outside Mexico. Processing and disclosures are subject to applicable law and to the relevant providers' roles and contractual conditions.
Hotmart may also process information as an independent controller under its own privacy notice. We do not sell personal databases. Disclosures to third parties requiring consent will take place only where the applicable legal requirements have been met.
5. Retention and security
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described, maintain commercial relationships, respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Data will be restricted or deleted when legally appropriate.
We apply safeguards and access controls intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised use, access, alteration and disclosure, taking into account the risks associated with the relevant processing.
6. Access, rectification, cancellation, objection and other rights
You may request access to, rectification or cancellation of your personal data, or object to its processing (ARCO rights under Mexican law). You may also request withdrawal of consent or restrictions on use or disclosure where applicable.
Send your request to soporte@transformadigitalshop.com, providing your name, a means of receiving our response, the right you wish to exercise and details of the relevant data. We may request the information needed to verify your identity or representative's authority.
We will respond through the same email address within twenty days of receiving an ARCO rights request. Where the request is granted, we will implement the decision within fifteen days after notifying the response, subject to any extensions and exceptions permitted by applicable law. Cancellation or withdrawal may be restricted by ongoing legal or contractual obligations.
7. Cookies, similar technologies and analytics
The TDS free prompts catalogue uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic and performance. According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use cookies to measure visits or track individual visitors. Our websites may also process technical logs and use technologies necessary for operation and security.
If we introduce other analytics tools or non-essential technologies involving the processing of personal data, we will explain their purposes and implement any legally required consent or objection mechanisms before using them.
8. Changes to this notice
Changes will be published on this TDS legal website together with the relevant update date. Additional notifications will be provided where required by applicable law.
